Unframed prints: We are based in the UK, but we partner with a worldwide network of printers for all our fine art prints. Our printing labs are in the UK, EU, United States and Australia, so your order will be shipped from the closest lab.

Framed prints: Please note that framed prints are only shipped to the UK, EU, United States and Australia. 

Wall Hangings and Wall Stickers: All wall hangings and wall stickers are shipped from the UK.

Framed print, unframed print, wall hanging and wall sticker orders will be dispatched separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each part of your order.

UK orders are sent with tracked delivery. All International orders are fully tracked, where this is possible. The tracking details can be found on your shipping confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. UK orders are typically delivered within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch. International orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days of dispatch but may take longer. We cannot be held responsible for delays with delivery. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery and we will be happy to help.

Wall Stickers, Framed and Unframed prints

In some circumstances changes can be made to orders which have just been placed, please reply to your order confirmation email to discuss. Unfortunately as all wall stickers, prints and frames are made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Wall hangings

We are happy to accept returns of wall hangings within 30 days of purchase if the wall hanging is unmarked and in a resalable condition. Please reply to your order confirmation email to discuss.

We will be happy to replace orders damaged during transit. Please reply to your order confirmation email and attach an image of the damage print and packaging.

Our framed prints are delivered ready to hang. This can be done with a nail in the wall or using self-adhesive strips such as Command strips. Wall hangings can also be hung using Command strips to avoid any damage to your wall.
